Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When a visitor sends us a message, we may retain it long enough to respond and maintain necessary records. It is not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Dixon County guidance identifies official sources such as the sheriff, County Court, District Court, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes displayed on some pages. Their privacy policies, retention periods, sharing practices, charges, and matching methods govern information sent to them. Visitors should review a provider’s terms before entering a query because we do not control its systems.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Dixon County offices, Nebraska court services, the State Patrol, legal resources, advertisers, or search providers. The destination’s policy applies after a visitor follows the link. Advertising companies may also use their own technology to measure activity across websites.

We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be available to:

Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If such information is identified, it may be removed after a valid request.
Your Data Rights
Rights differ by location and the law that applies. A visitor may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold and may object to certain processing where applicable. Nebraska’s Public Records Statutes beginning at §84-712 govern access to records held by public bodies. Criminal-history dissemination is separately limited by §29-3523. Those government-record laws do not turn this private site into a public custodian or change the rules of an outside search provider.
