A court date, warrant, custody fact, certified history, or registry entry must be confirmed by its custodian. Depending on the record, that may be the Dixon County Sheriff, County Court, District Court, Nebraska State Patrol, Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, or Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Only the issuing office can certify its record.
